On a beautiful sunny day at the El Plantio golf course in Costa Blanca, the Inbetweeners Golf Society enjoyed another enjoyable round of golf. With clear skies and ideal temperatures, the course was at its best, providing the perfect conditions for a day out on the fairways. Several members made strong starts, while others gradually found their rhythm as the round progressed.
The course demanded accuracy, patience, and thoughtful management, with every hole presenting its own challenges. Despite the challenges, the day was filled with entertaining golf, a highlight being Lynn Leigh's incredible hole-in-one on the 14th par 3 hole. Congratulations were given to Lynn Leigh on this fantastic achievement.
The society had a great time, with plenty of good-natured banter adding to the enjoyment. Day's winners were Kevin Dredge with 40 points, Peter Robins and Lesley Cullen tied for second place with 39 points each, and Ruud Meggelen and Joel Mortiers tied for third place. For those looking for a fun and friendly golf society to join, all abilities are welcome at the Inbetweeners Golf Society. For more information, visit their website: www.inbetweenersgolfsociety.com.
