Obamacare enrollees could see their health insurance premiums rise by double digits for a second year in a row, according to a report published Friday. Health research group KFF found the average cost of Obamacare health insurance will rise by 13 percent in 2027, following a 26 percent hike in rates from 2025 to 2026....
