Abhishek or Brook: who is better in T20Is? What does former CSK player think

Former Chennai Super Kings cricketer Subramaniam Badrinath has expressed his opinion on the ongoing debate about who is the better T20I batsman - India's Abhishek Sharma or England's Harry Brook. Badrinath firmly believes that Abhishek is the better player, citing his devastating batting and the fear he instills in bowlers during the powerplay.

He highlighted Abhishek's incredible century against New Zealand in Wellington, which helped India chase down a target of 199. Badrinath mentioned that Abhishek has reclaimed the top spot in the ICC rankings for T20I batsmen, surpassing Virat Kohli in the process. The former player also discussed India's T20I openers, expressing confusion over the recent switch from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to Abhishek Sharma.

He questioned whether Sanju Samson should open alongside Abhishek, stating that keeping Samson at three was not ideal. However, he emphasized that the decision should be followed through, regardless of his personal preference.
