President Volodymyr Zelensky is ready to discuss territorial issues directly with Vladimir Putin, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said. Kyiv backed the Finnish and Norwegian leaders’ call with Putin to advance ceasefire efforts and secure a meeting. Sybiha also urged Europe to take a stronger diplomatic role while keeping the US involved.
