Struggling To Buy Magic’s Foundations Commander Decks? Wizards Confirms Reprints Are Likely
Looking for a way to get the Foundations Commander Decks? Wizards of the Coast has confirmed to IGN that they'll be "evergreen"
Magic fans rejoicing at the affordable Foundation Commander Decks should take heart, according to a recent statement from Wizards of the Coast. Game producer Brandon Kreines confirmed that these five mono-colored preconstructed decks are indeed intended to be evergreen offerings. While prices have dropped somewhat, some decks still hover around double their intended retail value, leaving fans eager for more affordable options.
With no new cards added to the decks, reprints will likely drive down prices further, benefiting both new and seasoned players alike.
