The Miami Dolphins are set to face off against the New England Patriots this weekend at Hard Rock Stadium. This marks the first of two meetings between the two teams in the 2026 season. On the Patriots' side, Ryan Miller, a wide receiver, played a handful of games for the Dolphins this season, clocking in at five appearances. K.J. Britt, a linebacker for the Patriots, previously played alongside the Dolphins last year, making a mark in 17 games.

Doug Marrone, the offensive line coach for the Patriots, had a brief tenure with the Dolphins back in 1997, appearing in four games. Finally, Terrell Williams, the assistant head coach for the Patriots, served as the Miami Dolphins' defensive line coach from 2015 to 2017.
