How to get the True Ending in Phantom Blade Zero

To achieve the True Ending in Phantom Blade Zero, you must complete several specific tasks. First, finish the Secrets at the Heart of the Lake quest. This involves defeating four scarecrow acolytes, each with their respective masks, and entering the Phantom Illusionist's realm using the masks. Next, complete the five Long Pillar challenges found throughout the game, which include Weeping Creek Valley, Crimson Forest, east Meigu Lake, the Phantom Illusionist's realm, and the Mirage Estate.

Finally, complete all Quickhand's Requests, which involve finding treasures and delivering them to the thief. Upon completion of these tasks, you will be ready for the True Ending, allowing you to face Leng Tu, Meng Hua, and Zuo Shang in combat. Additionally, completing all these requirements will grant you access to the Hunt, Kindred, Blizzard, and Radiant Heart outfits, as well as the option to start a New Game+ at Inanis's request.
