General : MCMC Secures RM15.32 Mln In Liquidated Damages Over Sabah JENDELA Project
PUTRAJAYA, Oct 30 (Bernama) -- The Shah Alam High Court has granted the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) a summary judgment against MajuBina Resources Sdn Bhd, ordering the company to pay RM15.32 million for failing to complete work under the National Digital Network (JENDELA) project in Sabah within the stipulated period.
