Coloured Ties Capital closes private placement for C$1.2M

Vancouver-based Coloured Ties Capital Inc. (TSXV:TIE) successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising a total of C$1,199,998.54. The company issued 2,068,963 units at C$0.58 each. Each unit represents one common share and one warrant, which allows the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.72 until October 30, 2031.

Coloured Ties Capital plans to utilize the net proceeds for general working capital purposes. No finder's fees were paid, and no insiders participated in the offering. All securities issued have a statutory hold period expiring on March 1, 2027, in line with applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies. The offering still needs final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
