Ukrainian Delegation Heads Toward Oleshky for Aid Mission
A Ukrainian delegation led by Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets set off toward Russian-occupied Oleshky on Thursday, Oct. 29, lawmaker David Arakhamia said. The mission aims to deliver humanitarian assistance and enable civilians to leave safely. Its preparations have included clearing mined routes under a localized ceasefire brokered with assistance from US First Lady Melania Trump.
