Kerala Judge named accused in son’s fatal Mercedes crash gets anticipatory bail
The Kerala High Court provided interim protection from arrest to an additional district judge involved in a fatal accident. His 17-year-old son allegedly drove a car during the incident in Kochi. The police interrogated the judge for several hours before issuing further notice for questioning. The judges' conduct has been questioned, leading the victim's family to seek an inquiry.
