'Early surprise': Skip Bayless aims yet another dig at LeBron James after 76ers beat Pacers
The Philadelphia 76ers continued their great start to the season by beating the Indiana Pacers 114-109 on the road. LeBron James recorded a double-double, scoring 13 points and providing 10 assists.
On Wednesday night, Philadelphia 76ers beat the Indiana Pacers 114-109. Despite LeBron James' impressive performance, with 13 points and 10 assists, Skip Bayless took aim at the basketball star. Bayless, known for his controversial comments, suggested that Maxey, not James, is the team's driving force. The commentator downplayed James' assist tally, describing it as the bare minimum expected of him.
However, he praised Maxey for not sacrificing anything for James, claiming the rookie was the team's star. Bayless tweeted, "Early surprise: Maxey, unKlutch client, sacrifices zero for LeBron James. Dominates ball/shots. HIS team!" Naturally, many fans criticized Bayless for his apparent disdain for James. Regardless, Sixers fans remain focused on their team's collective success, not individual accolades, as they aim for a championship run.
