Big 12 basketball power rankings: Will Arizona repeat as conference champs, and where do BYU and Utah fit in?

The Big 12 league has a strong tradition in basketball, with eight teams reaching the NCAA Tournament last year. These rankings will be updated weekly as the new season begins in January.
