An armored capsule instead of an open platform: Ukraine develops an evacuation module for the Murakha UGV

Ukrainian firm Robotic Complexes is creating a protective module called CASEEVAK to assist the Murakha unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) in evacuating wounded soldiers from the battlefield. This armored capsule, constructed from 3.5 mm Armox 500T steel and filled with HDPE 1000, provides shelter, ventilation, heating, lighting, and essential medical supplies.

The capsule features side and rear doors for easy access, while a camera with day and night capabilities, along with two-way audio communication, allows operators to monitor the wounded and maintain contact. Communication is ensured through ELRS, LTE, Starlink, or fiber-optic connections, and the capsule retains two independent channels even when detached from the primary platform.

The Murakha UGV, equipped with two electric motors and a 35 kWh battery, can travel up to 80 km, offering protection against enemy drones through net launchers and electronic warfare equipment, as well as an ongoing protective cage against FPV drones.
