'We're also winning for Kompany' - Nathaniel Brown on Bayern's Pokal win

Bayern Munich secured a convincing 6-1 victory over 1. FC Magdeburg in the DFB-Pokal on Wednesday night, advancing to the next round. Nathaniel Brown, a defender for the team, emphasized that Bayern's ambition remains unwavering, regardless of the opponents they face. Brown asserted, "We want to win every game." The team's performance in this match was deemed satisfactory, and they now focus on their forthcoming fixture.

Brown also addressed the situation concerning head coach Vincent Kompany, who had been discharged from the hospital on Wednesday after being diagnosed with meningeal irritation. The coach is currently resting at home, and Brown made it clear that the team also aims to deliver results for their coach. Brown expressed, "We're also winning for him, of course." He added that it's great Kompany is back home and hopes to see him soon, hoping for his swift return.

Assistant coach Aaron Danks continues to lead the team in Kompany's absence. Bayern Munich now shifts their focus to their upcoming match against Borussia Dortmund, known as the "Klassiker," scheduled for Saturday.
