Prince William to sell 20% of $1.3B Duchy to fund housing projects
Prince William inherited the Duchy of Cornwall after Queen Elizabeth II’s death in 2022. The 128,000-acre estate is valued at $1.3 billion and provides him with nearly $31 million in annual private income. He now plans to sell 20% of its assets to fund housing, nature recovery and renewable energy projects across key communities.
