Ex-Madrid player Carvajal backs Ronaldo to reach 1,000 career goals

Former Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has expressed his belief that Cristiano Ronaldo will reach 1,000 career goals. The Spanish full-back praised the Portuguese star in an interview with Spanish newspaper AS, calling him a "beast." Carvajal's support for Ronaldo comes as the player continues to pursue the milestone, having already established himself as one of Real Madrid's greatest ever players during his nine-year tenure at the Santiago Bernabéu.

During his time at the club, Ronaldo won numerous major trophies and became the all-time leading goalscorer. In addition to his support for Ronaldo, Carvajal reaffirmed his lifelong allegiance to Real Madrid, stating that his loyalty to the club would never waver. The defender, who began his career at Real Madrid's youth system, has enjoyed immense success with the club, including multiple domestic and European titles.

Carvajal also expressed his desire for another memorable comeback victory at the Santiago Bernabéu, where the club has a history of dramatic turnarounds in European competition.
