Ex-Axis Incorporation adviser loses appeal over false financial statements
KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has dismissed an appeal by Lee Koon Huat, a former adviser to Axis Incorporation Bhd's board of directors, and upheld his conviction and sentence for offences involving the submission of false financial statements to Bursa Malaysia.
