Zendaya makes Valkyries dreams come true with WNBA Finals appearance
It's been a Northern California sports heavy week for Oakland-born actress Zendaya.
Actress Zendaya, known for her roles in "Euphoria" and "The Greatest Showman," attended Game 5 of the 2026 WNBA Finals between the Golden State Valkyries and Atlanta Dream at Chase Center in San Francisco on October 26, 2026. The Valkyries emerged victorious in a game where Zendaya was seen cheering passionately and even received a giveaway t-shirt from the team.
Other notable attendees included rap legend E-40, World Cup winner Megan Rapinoe, and NBA all-star Chris Paul. This appearance was a dream come true for Valkyries guard Veronica Burton, who had specifically requested Zendaya and her husband Tom Holland to attend one of their games.
