Former Santos president Luis Álvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro has revealed shocking details about Neymar's transfer to Barcelona in 2013, alleging that the deal included a hotel orgy in London's Piccadilly and extravagant demands from Neymar's father. According to Ribeiro, the €90 million transfer fee included coffees for Neymar's father, private air travel, and a hotel orgy.
He also claimed to have paid for around 200 coffees during their meetings. Ribeiro criticized Neymar Sr's requests for luxury travel arrangements, including first-class flights for himself and business-class seats for two advisers. The transfer, one of the most talked-about in football, saw Neymar Sr receive £8.9 million in a pre-contract agreement and an alleged £35.8 million upon completion in 2013.
However, the deal later faced legal scrutiny from Brazilian investment group DIS, which accused Neymar and his family of corruption and fraud. Despite the controversy, Neymar went on to become a football superstar, moving to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 in a record-breaking deal.
