NDA sweeps Pulivendula ZPTC, MPTC polls in YSR family bastion
In the Pulivendula constituency, a bastion of the Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy family for over four decades, the NDA has secured a majority of the ZPTC and MPTC seats. On election day, the NDA candidates were declared victorious in 64 out of the 65 MPTC seats and three of the seven ZPTC seats, all without facing opposition. The State Election Commission announced these results as the nomination withdrawal deadline had passed on Tuesday afternoon.
The NDA's triumph extended to all six mandals within the constituency: Pulivendula, Vemula, Chakrayapeta, Thondur, Simhadripuram, and Vempalli.
