MotionVFX, AI tools feature in Apple Creator Studio's latest update

Apple Creator Studio has introduced several AI-based updates in its latest release, with the most significant change being the integration of MotionVFX plug-ins and templates. Apple has been consistently updating the Creator Studio app, with a notable improvement in September that utilized the capabilities of the new iPhone 18 Pro camera. The most recent update, however, is predominantly AI-driven.

The primary addition is the incorporation of MotionVFX directly into Final Cut Pro for Mac. This enhancement comes with a vast array of templates, graphics, titles, and transitions. Additionally, new tools for rotoscoping, tracking, and color grading have been introduced. Cross-app workflows have also been streamlined, allowing editors to directly open images from their Final Cut Pro timeline in Pixelmator Pro, eliminating the need for reimporting.

Furthermore, advanced image generation features, enhanced keyframe easing options, and 23 new transcription languages have been added.

MotionVFX itself also receives its own set of plug-ins, which aid in color grading and 3D camera tracking. Pixelmator Pro has introduced a new feature called Generate Fill, which can edit images based on a user's description.
