Macklemore, Hozier and Kneecap Play Sold-Out Free Palestine Benefit Concert in Dublin
The show at Dublin’s 3Arena opened a three-city series raising money for Palestinian aid organizations, with Paris and London to follow this week.
Macklemore kicked off his Free Palestine benefit concert series in Dublin on Monday night, bringing Hozier, Kneecap, and a lineup of guests to a sold-out 3Arena. Special guests included Irish folk band Beoga, singer-songwriter Lina Makoul, M1 of Dead Prez, and DJ Habibeats. The series, which will tour Paris and London, aims to raise money for humanitarian relief, medical care, education, and advocacy for Palestinians.
The concerts were inspired by Macklemore's support for Palestinians following his exit from Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour, which he attributed to Robert Kraft's push for his removal due to antisemitic rhetoric.
