Hungary blocks opening of last two negotiating clusters in Ukraine's EU accession talks
At a meeting of the EU Council's working party on enlargement (COELA) in Brussels on Oct. 27, Hungary refused to approve the screening results for the fourth and fifth negotiating clusters in Ukraine's EU accession talks, European Pravda reported, citing EU diplomats with knowledge of the matter.
