Drive to Great: BAIC FOTON Africa Partners Conference Set to Open

On October 29, the BAIC FOTON Africa Partners Conference, themed "Drive to Great," will convene in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Approximately 600 distributors, key customers, industry partners, and media representatives from 42 African nations will converge to discuss commercial vehicle market opportunities and examine FOTON's growth in localized operations and regional cooperation.

The conference will showcase the manufacturing prowess of the BAIC South Africa Plant, a vital production hub in Africa, and introduce its Regional Training Center. In addition to the conference, BAIC FOTON will unveil its latest commercial vehicle lineup, featuring the GALAXUS R5 and C5 heavy trucks, as well as the TUNLAND PHEV pickup, which will make its South African debut.

Attendees will also have the chance to witness static displays of various trucks, light commercial vehicles, pickups, and vans, accompanied by dynamic drift performances and test drives to experience the vehicles' power, comfort, and handling. The conference aims to foster discussions on regional development strategies, market expansion, and collaborative partnerships, as BAIC FOTON continues to build a foundation for sustainable development in Africa through strengthened relationships with African partners.
