7 amazing pre-Black Friday Samsung phone deals — including Z Fold 8, Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26 FE and more

As Black Friday approaches, savvy shoppers are seeking ways to snag new smartphones without paying full price. Phone prices have skyrocketed this year, and paying the MSRP feels increasingly like being overcharged. However, there's no need to wait until Black Friday to save money or purchase the latest iPhone for a superior experience. Samsung offers a plethora of top-notch phones and foldables, with many of their latest models on sale ahead of Black Friday, with some deals slashing hundreds of dollars off the price tag.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, similar in design to the Z Duo, boasts a 5.5-inch cover screen and a 7.6-inch foldable screen. Samsung claims eight generations of foldable experience under its belt, all for $200 less than the standard price at Amazon.

For those seeking even larger screens, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra might be the perfect fit. Featuring a taller and narrower design with an 8-inch foldable display, the Ultra also includes a 200MP main lens, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It also packs a larger 5,000 mAh battery and a sleek, lightweight design.

If you prefer a more compact foldable, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 is an excellent alternative. While it lacks the advanced features of the Z Fold 8 series, it does offer access to Galaxy AI, strong Snapdragon performance, a 6.9-inch main display, a 4.1-inch cover display, and a 4,300 mAh battery. The main camera, paired with a 12MP ultrawide lens, captures impressive photos.

For those who crave a premium feel at a lower price, Samsung's Fan Edition series is the go-to choice. Some compromises are made to achieve this, but you still get solid cameras, ample battery life, and a premium design — even if it's not as sophisticated as the Galaxy S26 model. Additionally, you'll enjoy many of the same AI features as the rest of the S26 series at a lower cost.

Lastly, the Galaxy S26 offers a basic Samsung flagship experience without the added features of the Ultra or Plus models. It still boasts powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 performance, a larger, brighter display, innovative magnetic AI features, and a combination of decent battery life and camera quality. The Galaxy S26 Plus offers a slight upgrade with a QHD resolution screen, a larger 4,900 mAh battery, faster 45W charging speeds, and all the advantages of the standard S26 model. However, it lacks the high-resolution cameras and built-in S Pen present in the Ultra model.
