Woli Agba, Dele threaten legal action over link to Toluwanisings’ death

Comedians Woli Agba and Dele Omo Woli have threatened legal action against those spreading false allegations linking them to the death of gospel minister Toluwanisings. Their solicitors, Gemgold Solicitors, issued a warning in a public notice on their Instagram page, stating that the allegations were false and intended to damage the entertainers' reputations.

The notice, dated October 23, 2026, warned that anyone who originated, published, forwarded, or endorsed the defamatory material could also be held liable under the law. The clients have reserved their legal rights and urged the public to refrain from publishing or circulating unverified allegations and to verify information before sharing it.
