Ukraine Seeks Earlier Russia Talks and EU Role
Ukraine and the United States are trying to bring planned talks with Russia forward by at least a week, Ukrainska Pravda reported. Kyiv also wants European representatives involved, potentially through briefings alongside the negotiations. Moscow had not confirmed an earlier date as of the evening of Oct. 25, and Ukrainian officials expect several rounds before concrete agreements emerge.
