Lotte Holds Campus Recruiting Across Hanoi Universities

Lotte is ramping up recruitment efforts to secure top talent for its global expansion, hosting a large-scale recruitment event in Vietnam. The 2026 Lotte Global Campus Recruiting took place from October 21 to 23 at five universities in Hanoi, with six affiliates operating in Vietnam participating. The event drew over 3,000 attendees interested in job opportunities.

Hanoi's top universities, Vietnam National University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, were chosen based on affiliate hiring needs and academic profiles. The three-day program featured recruitment booths for job consultations and mock interviews, along with briefing sessions that introduced participants to the company and its affiliates. Current employees from each affiliate shared insights on the hiring process and provided tips for success.

Nguyen Thi Linh, a student at Vietnam National University, expressed her enthusiasm, stating that Lotte is highly regarded among Korean companies in Vietnam. She returned to the event after attending last year, noting her continued interest in the company.

Lotte plans to increase its hiring in Vietnam by 20% this year, adding approximately 500 new employees. The company has been organizing major events like the Global Job Fair and Global Campus Recruiting to expand its talent search. A Lotte official emphasized the importance of informing overseas talent about Lotte's business prospects, aiming to enhance the recruitment brand and become a preferred employer for local talent.
