Refunds are possible if you cancel by August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, but after that date, tickets are non-refundable. Make sure the name on your badge matches your government-issued photo ID, and remember that nicknames are acceptable. If you need to transfer your ticket, simply log into your confirmation email and follow the provided instructions.

Keep in mind that lost badges incur a $45 reprint fee on-site, and you'll need to verify your eligibility for the appropriate pass type. Update your ticket details promptly to match your photo identification card. If you need to exchange your ticket, you have one chance to do so, and any additional access or qualification restrictions must be addressed before processing the exchange.
