US-Iran War Live Updates: Trump says US and Israel must ‘finish the job’

On Sunday, US President Donald Trump reiterated his endorsement of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating that they must complete the task they began. The endorsement was shared on Truth Social, a platform associated with Trump.

Trump reminded his supporters that Netanyahu and he have enjoyed a strong relationship, citing their successful collaborations. These include Operation Midnight Hammer, which thwarted Iran's nuclear ambitions, Operation Epic Fury, which crippled Iran's military and economy, and the naval blockade that prevented Iran from obtaining oil.

The president expressed his hope that when citizens go to the polls, they will remember Netanyahu's exceptional leadership. He emphasized that Israel was previously referred to as "The Little Satan" by hostile entities, but that sentiment has shifted. Trump warned that chants of "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" will no longer be heard, as he believes the nation's interests are now aligned.

He closed his message by urging voters to support Netanyahu's re-election as Prime Minister, insisting that they must finish the job they initiated.
