At Delhi airport, passengers engaged in a heated argument with SpiceJet staff, with one employee allegedly telling travellers that they had chosen the airline because its fares were cheap. A video captured the exchange, showing passengers shouting and chanting "Shame on SpiceJet". During the confrontation, a staff member reportedly stated that passengers had opted for SpiceJet due to its low fares, which provoked an angry response from the crowd.
A woman passenger also commented on staff salaries, suggesting they likely earned between Rs20,000 and Rs25,000 per month. The incident has garnered significant attention on social media, particularly over the staff member's statement about the airline's fare structure.
