A Russian aerial strike struck the Epicentr home-improvement and shopping center in Poltava on Sunday, Oct. 25, igniting a major structural fire and injuring a 52-year-old woman, Poltava Regional Military Administration Head Vitalii Diakivnych announced. Firefighters and emergency civil defense teams were deployed to extinguish the blaze and clear structural debris.
