American social media influencer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has been accused of failing to pay rent and causing extensive damage to a $7 million California mansion. The allegations stem from a lease agreement at a six-bedroom property in Encino, Los Angeles, which Peters reportedly rented in September. Prosecutors claim he violated the lease by hosting parties with more than six guests and allowing loud gatherings that led to calls from law enforcement.
The property management company also alleged that guests engaged in destructive behavior, including fighting, water damage, and vandalism. Peters' representative denied these claims, stating that he had paid all expenses for a "Looksmaxxing Camp" held at the mansion upfront. The incident has drawn attention to Peters, who gained fame for promoting extreme methods of physical appearance improvement, including the controversial "looksmaxxing" trend.
