Undav struggling with weight of captain's armband at Stuttgart?

VfB Stuttgart's new captain, Deniz Undav, is struggling with the weight of his armband, according to Sport BILD. The tabloid has noticed a change in Undav's mood following a difficult start to the season. The captain's armband comes with many responsibilities, including leading the team and maintaining unity in the dressing room. When things go wrong, the skipper is often the one to face the music and answer difficult questions about the team's performances.

Since the beginning of the season, Undav has only spoken once in the mixed zone following a match, a stark contrast to his usual behavior. This silence is particularly surprising, as Undav has a history of answering questions, especially regarding his goals and strong form. The tabloid suggests that Undav feels more pressure as the captain, with his predecessor, Atakan Karazor, serving as a role model.

Karazor faced the media consistently, regardless of the team's success or failure, always speaking for the team. It appears that Karazor understood the responsibility that came with the captain's armband: "No shirking his duties." Undav's silence after a recent loss to Gladbach is a cause for concern, as it deviates from his usual behavior.
