Recalculating… TuJu app promises to find its way back by Nov 6

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 24 — The TuJu Highway Navigation Application's technical team is currently engaged in recovery and enhancement efforts, with the goal of completing their work by Nov 6. TuJu management released a statement, assuring users that updates on the recovery process will be shared through the application's official channels.

Meanwhile, other features of the app continue to function as normal. TuJu extends its apologies to users who have encountered navigation issues in recent days. The company acknowledges the concerns raised by users and emphasizes its commitment to ensuring a stable and reliable navigation experience that meets users' travel requirements.

TuJu appreciates the patience and support of its users, as every report and feedback assists in identifying problems and implementing necessary improvements. The company remains dedicated to meeting user expectations and ensuring the safety of Malaysian citizens' data. PM Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim encouraged the public to consider TuJu, an application developed by the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM), as an alternative to the Waze app, which poses risks to information security and movement data due to Israeli government regulations.
