High school football sectional scores from Evansville area and Indiana state

Here are the high school football sectional scores for the Evansville area and throughout Indiana as of October 23, 2026. In the Evansville area, Class 4A saw Bedford North Lawrence defeat Central 74-21, while Boonville edged Reitz 14-35 and Bosse fell to Heritage Hills 0-21. Class 3A had Vincennes Lincoln win 42-9 over Edgewood Scottsburgh, and Washington claimed a 28-28 victory against Washington.

Class 3A also saw Gibson Southern claim a narrow 56-20 victory over Southridge Memorial, while Princeton and Mount Vernon (Posey) both lost 6-49 to Corydon Central.

Class 2A saw Tell City beat South Spencer 37-32 in a hard-fought match, while North Posey dominated Perry Central 76-0. In Class 1A, Forest Park edged Crawford County 54-0, with North Daviess and Tecumseh each claiming a 35-28 victory over West Washington and Tecumseh respectively. In Indiana State, Class 6A Franklin Central defeated Southport 43-0. Class 5A saw Mount Vernon (Fortville) triumph over Greenfield-Central 34-18, while Hammond Morton and Hanover Central recorded 48-21 and 42-21 victories respectively.

Class 4A continued with Hammond Morton beating Hanover Central 48-21, Lowell overcoming Gary West 42-0, and East Chicago Central downing Kankakee Valley 42-6. Class 4A concluded with Northridge dominating Mishawaka 57-26, while North Wood claimed a 49-8 win over Plymouth, and Culver Academy edged out New Prairie 58-27.

The Indiana State Class 6A featured Franklin Central's 43-0 victory over Southport. In Class 5A, Mount Vernon (Fortville) and Hammond Morton both secured wins: 34-18 and 48-21 respectively. Class 4A concluded with North Wood's 49-8 victory over Plymouth, and Culver Academy's 58-27 win over New Prairie.
