FF Plus candidates undeterred by stance on BEE and AA

Freedom Front Plus (FF Plus) councillor candidates remain undeterred by the party's opposition to Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and Affirmative Action (AA) schemes. Councillor Siphiwe Mhlongo from Madibeng outside Pretoria emphasized the party's commitment to building a nation for all races. He stated, "South Africa belongs to all who live in it, so if we respect the Constitution and we love the reconciliation project, I am challenging everybody to say we are going to build the economy that has white people in it, not the economy that isolates them because there is a bitter history between us, economic history."

Mhlongo further explained that while the party acknowledges past injustices, they aim to incorporate the experiences of various groups into the economic table for meaningful interaction and progress.
