3 Best Movies to Stream on Paramount+ This Week
Two horror films and a true epic make the cut The post 3 Best Movies to Stream on Paramount+ This Week appeared first on TheWrap .
This week, Paramount+ offers a variety of movies to suit every mood, including horror films and a classic epic. Two distinct horror movies are recommended for audiences to enjoy: Sam Raimi's 2009 film "Drag Me to Hell," which features Alison Lohman as a bank loan officer cursed by an old woman she denied a loan to. This movie promises to be both scary and entertaining, making it ideal for a scary movie night with friends or a romantic partner.
Another horror film to consider is David Robert Mitchell's 2014 indie hit "It Follows," starring Maika Monroe as a woman tormented by a supernatural entity. The catch? The entity can only be rid of by sleeping with someone, who will then be cursed. For a classic epic, "Troy" (2004) directed by Ang Lee is suggested. The film chronicles the Trojan War and the sacking of Troy, with notable performances from Brad Pitt as Achilles, Eric Bana as Hector, and Orlando Bloom as Paris. With a star-studded cast and grand scale, this epic is both moody and bombastic.
