Bournemouth supporters serenaded former head coach Ruben Amorim with a chant mocking his knack for 3-0 defeats during his time at Manchester United. The Italian side AC Milan suffered a similar 3-0 loss to Bournemouth in the Europa League on Thursday night. Goals were scored by Justin Kluivert, Marcus Tavernier, and Amine Adli, with the first two coming from penalties.
Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan was sent off for shoving Tyler Adams, leading to widespread criticism in the Italian media. This result dropped Milan to 24th place in the Europa League standings. Following the match, Amorim was treated to a chant of "Ruben Amorim, it's happened again" by Bournemouth fans, referencing his previous 3-0 defeat while managing Manchester United.
