#SHOWBIZ: 'I'm not like you': Que Haidar claps back at critic over Fazura

KUALA LUMPUR - Actor Que Haidar has vehemently defended his close friendship with fellow actress Nur Fazura, emphasizing that their bond is rooted in genuine chemistry rather than her celebrity status or physical appearance. The 47-year-old, also known as Tengku Iskhan Shah Tengku Haidar, expressed his displeasure after a social media user cautioned him against playing with Fazura's emotions or sidelining her.

The heated exchange began when the commenter urged Que to maturely handle their relationship, warning him not to ghost her or ignore her if he needed space. Refusing to remain silent, Que responded by stating that he is not like her, adding that their friendship stems from their mutual chemistry, not her looks or celebrity status.

The close friendship between the two stars has garnered significant attention online, with fans enjoying their playful exchanges and frequent joint live streams. Que and Fazura previously collaborated in the popular local films Gol & Gincu (2005) and Lagenda Budak Setan (2010). Their friendship was rekindled this year when they became brand ambassadors for a prominent clothing label.

Fazura tied the knot with actor Fattah Amin in November 2017, with their divorce finalized in October 2024 after six years of marriage, during which they raised their six-year-old daughter, Nur Fatima Aisya. Que was married to dance instructor Linda Jasmine from February 2009 until their separation in July 2024, with the couple having two daughters, Tengku Ratu Haidar, 16, and Tengku Cleopatra Haidar, 13.
