Mike Evans ruled out by the 49ers for Week 7 game against the Falcons

San Francisco 49ers receiver Mike Evans will miss Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons due to Achilles tendinitis. Evans had tried to play through the injury in the previous week's game against Washington before leaving the field in the first half and has been unable to practice this week. The 49ers have ruled out five other players for the game, including defensive end Nick Bosa, receiver Deebo Samuel, linebacker Garret Wallow, linebacker Luke Gifford, and safety Marques Sigle.

The injuries could result in the 49ers having fewer healthy players than the maximum they are allowed to suit up for a game.
