Israeli raids, demolitions and settler attacks hit Palestinians across West Bank

Israeli forces and settlers unleashed a series of demolitions, raids and attacks across the occupied West Bank on Friday, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa. In Hebron, which Israel sealed off following two Israeli soldiers' deaths in a nearby attack, bulldozers destroyed a tile factory, shops and seven dunams of Palestinian land. Troops also initiated the demolition of a three-apartment residential building and sealed all roads leading into the city.

Israeli soldiers conducted a raid in the nearby town of Beit Ummar, where several Palestinians experienced tear gas inhalation. Additionally, movement within al-Fawwar refugee camp was restricted. Near Bethlehem, Israeli forces forcibly removed Palestinian landowners and solidarity activists from their olive groves at gunpoint. In al-Mughayyir, located northwest of Ramallah, settlers violently assaulted a Palestinian man while he was with his family, leading to his detention by Israeli forces.

An ambulance was subsequently blocked from reaching him, leaving the extent of his injuries unknown. Another young man was detained in the western part of the village during a separate settler attack targeting Palestinians traveling in the area, resulting in damage to two vehicles.

In Burin, located south of Nablus, locals reported that settlers, shielded by Israeli forces, attempted to set a home ablaze. West of Jenin, Israeli forces gave Palestinian families in the hamlet of Khirbet Srouj a week to vacate their homes and livestock shelters.
