Refunds are available until August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, but after that date, tickets are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your ticket, you can do so through the "Manage Registration" link in your order confirmation email.

Remember that lost badges incur a $45 reprint fee on-site. TechCrunch verifies identities and pass types, so be prepared to provide any necessary information. Ticket exchanges are allowed only once, and exchanging for a more expensive pass requires paying the price difference. However, exchanging for a less expensive pass does not grant a refund for the price difference. Each badge belongs to one individual, and IDs are checked at registration and conference doors.
