Finland transfers 10 locomotives as Ukraine builds rail coalition
Finland will transfer ten locomotives and specialized spare parts packages free of charge to Ukraine's state rail carrier Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways), Infrastructure Minister Mykola Kalashnyk said on Oct. 22.
