Esper locations in Final Fantasy Resonance

Final Fantasy Resonance features Espers that can provide Fina with an advantage in combat, though they may also serve as distractions to avoid enemy attacks. Although summoning these entities comes with a cost of MP, the benefits they bring to the team make them a valuable asset. Obtaining Espers is a task that requires some effort, as they are scattered throughout the game world and sometimes necessitate combat encounters to be found.

Players can find Esper locations by conversing with well-informed townspeople, who will indicate the presence of an Esper by displaying an exclamation mark above their heads. This information is then accessible on the world map, allowing players to refer to it at any time.

Summoning Espers in Final Fantasy Resonance is a straightforward process, as the only party member capable of doing so is Fina, who must pay an MP fee for each summon. Once summoned, the Esper remains on the battlefield for three turns before using one of its abilities and then disappearing. Players cannot control the actions or targets of the Esper, but rather must rely on the random selection of skills each turn.

This limitation ensures that Espers are viewed as unpredictable allies, adding an element of surprise to battles. The only factor that influences the frequency of Esper summons is the availability of MP, with no additional charge meter or time restriction in place.
