Big changes coming for vehicle manufacturing in South Africa
On 11 November, the Cape Town International Convention Centre will host a Manufacturing Summit under the theme “Manufacturing the Cape. Connecting Africa.” The timing is pointed. National factory output is shrinking, US tariffs are biting exporters, and the city is staking its jobs agenda on an industrial policy built to be cheap, simple and fast.
