Anyone who rigs 2027 poll will die, Omo-Agege warns

Former Deputy President of the Senate and NDC senatorial candidate for Delta Central, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has issued a stern warning to anyone involved in election rigging ahead of the 2027 general elections. Speaking at the launch of his campaign in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Omo-Agege stated that whoever attempts to manipulate the poll will face dire consequences, declaring "It's rig and die.

Anybody who tries to rig the 2027 election will face the consequences. We will not allow anyone to steal our votes."

Omo-Agege emphasized that the era of electoral fraud is coming to an end, as Nigerians are now more vigilant and determined to protect their votes. He reiterated that anyone caught attempting to manipulate the electoral process would face severe repercussions. The NDC senatorial candidate alleged that his campaign, family, and supporters have faced intimidation and attacks, urging security agencies and the international community to monitor political activities in Delta State closely.

Despite the threats, Omo-Agege remains confident that the NDC will emerge victorious in the upcoming general elections, defeating the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State. He has called on his supporters to mobilize and support his senatorial bid and other NDC candidates.
