Alexandr Wang, Meta's young AI prodigy
At 29 years old, the director of the company's superintelligence laboratories is considered a possible successor to Mark Zuckerberg.
Alexandr Wang, 29, is being considered as a possible successor to Mark Zuckerberg as head of Meta. Wang, who leads Meta's super-intelligence labs, presented a vague report to executives last year but recently showcased the company's new AI model, Muse Wonder, which caused Meta's stock to rise. The model has helped restore Meta's reputation in the AI field, with Zuckerberg saying it has put the company at the forefront of AI.
Wang joined Meta after his company, Scale AI, was acquired for $14.3 billion and has been working to improve the company's AI capabilities.
