My Barcelona team was lucky to win everything, says Messi

Lionel Messi, the renowned Argentine forward, has recently shared his thoughts on his illustrious tenure at Barcelona. According to the ex-Argentina captain, his time at the Spanish club was a fortunate one, not just because of the trophies they won, but also due to the style of football that characterized their achievements.

Messi reminisced about the memorable moments he shared with his former teammates, emphasizing the special place Barcelona holds in his heart. He highlighted that the club's victories were not solely a product of their accolades, but also of the enjoyment they derived from playing, winning, and reaching significant milestones.

In his own words, "In Barcelona, we were lucky to win everything… not only because of what we achieved, but also because of the way we did it, and how much we enjoyed playing, winning, and achieving important milestones." The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner further expressed his deep emotional bond with the club and the city, saying, "Barcelona means a lot to me. I feel special love for the city, the club. It will always be like this."
